"Strap broke way too soon"
I only wore this bag a few times before the strap broke, which was really disappointing. I feel like other customers would expect it to last longer than that, especially for the price. I wouldn’t say it’s worth buying

"Shipping is taking way too long"
I placed my order and paid, but it still hasn’t even shipped. once the payment went through and I didn’t get any real updates, I started to feel uneasy about the whole thing. I just want to know what’s going on with my order.

"Website was kind of a headache"
I tried using the site and it was frustrating. It kept freezing on me, and the menus felt all over the place, like I had to guess where everything was. Maybe I just caught it on a bad day, but finding what I needed took way too long. Checkout was confusing too, which was annoying because the site actually looked okay at first. After a few tries I just gave up.

"Cute bag, but the quality just wasn’t there"
I really wanted to love this bag because it’s super cute, but the quality was kind of a letdown. The stitching looked a bit wonky, and the material felt cheaper than I expected for the price. After using it just a few times, it already started losing its shape. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Still waiting for my refund..."
I sent my bag back and did everything they asked, so I figured the refund would be straightforward. The tracking even showed it was delivered, but after that it’s just been a bunch of slow replies saying they’re “checking” and... yeah, not much else.

It’s been weeks now and I still haven’t gotten my money back. I do like their designs, which is the annoying part, but this whole refund thing has been frustrating enough that I’m not sure I’d order again...

"Cute bag, but the quality feels cheap"
I really wanted to like this because it looked so cute on brandonblackwood.com, but in person the material just feels stiff and kind of plastic-y. It doesn’t feel soft or luxe at all, especially for the price. What makes it more annoying is how easy it feels for brands to hide behind policy loopholes once you realize the product isn’t what you expected. Overall, disappointing and I don’t think I’d buy again.

"I ordered a bag from BRANDON..."
I ordered a bag from BRANDON BLACKWOOD the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up crushed, and there was barely any padding inside, so even the dust bag was all wrinkled. For the price, I really expected it to be packed with more care!! It made the whole thing feel way cheaper than it should have.

"The exchange process was a pain"
Maybe I caught them on a bad week, or maybe I just didn’t explain it right at first, but trying to get this exchanged took way longer than I expected. Support wasn’t much help either, and I had to keep following up. I know I was probably a little impatient because I needed it sorted quickly, but the whole thing felt like such a hassle.

"Tracking made no sense"
The tracking on my order was all over the place. It kept showing the same update for days, and at one point I couldn’t tell if it had already shipped, was still sitting somewhere, or was supposed to arrive the next day.
I kept checking it thinking maybe I missed something, but the dates and updates just made me more confused and annoyed. For what I paid, I expected clearer delivery info than this.

"The bag looked really cute at..."
The bag looked really cute at first, but after only a few wears the clasp started getting scratched up and loose. What’s frustrating is I’m not even sure who’s supposed to take responsibility for it, the seller, the brand, or the manufacturer. Feels like everyone can just pass it off while I’m stuck with a bag that already looks worn out.

"I ordered this bag thinking it was..."
I ordered this bag thinking it was going to be a deep burgundy like the pictures online, but in person it was way more of a bright red. The photos are reeeally misleading. On top of that, the return process was a hassle too, so yeah, disappointed overall.

"Looks better in the pictures"
I really wanted to like this because it looked great online, but once it showed up, it just didn’t feel worth the price. I opened it while making coffee in the kitchen and my first thought was, “That’s it?” It’s not terrible or anything, but the quality just feels kind of cheap for what they’re charging. I expected something a bit sturdier and nicer.

"Not really my vibe, I think"
I checked out brandonblackwood.com the other day, or maybe it was last week, I can’t remember, but the site just wasn’t really my style. It felt kind of plain to me, and the product photos didn’t really make the bags look that exciting. A few pages also looked a little messy on my phone, though I’m not sure if that was before or after I refreshed it. I expected the whole thing to feel more stylish and polished, but overall it was underwhelming

"Order Took Way Too Long to Process"
I placed my order thinking it would move along normally, but it just sat in processing for days without any real update. The payment went through right away, which made it even more frustrating because nothing seemed to be happening after that.
I kept checking my email and my account page, hoping to see some kind of progress, but it kept showing the same status. When I reached out to customer service, the response was slow too, so the whole thing started to feel like I had to chase for basic information.

"Pretty frustrating preorder experience"
I preordered this months ago and, honestly... the lack of updates has been really frustrating. Every time I reach out to customer service, I just get these vague replies that don’t really answer anything. I get that delays can happen, but some clear communication would’ve gone a long way.
